5th Street Pedestrian Bridge Time Lapse (In Honor of Brenton S. Halsey)
On November 18, 2011 we were on site at Brown’s Island for the new 5th Street Pedestrian Bridge. We had three camera’s going while the big crane moved the bridge into place.
It was a pretty amazing site to see and had many onlookers interested in the process!
The bridge is prefabricated and composed of aluminum with Brazilian hardwood for the decking material.
The bridge is approximately 155 feet in length and approximately 8’4″ inches in width, with a 3’6″ inch high railing.
We were happy to shoot this movie for VentureRichmond.
