Ridgewood Park consists of 18 lots with homes being built by LeGault Homes on lots that range in size from almost one-half acre to more than an acre. Sixteen of the lots are on a cul-de-sac and much of the community is wooded with a bubbling stream that combines to create a park like setting in Glen Allen. The prices on the homes start in the low $300,000’s. The first section of Ridgewood Park is currently under construction.
