We had two camera’s filming the inaugural season of the Richmond Flying Squirrels which won the first game played on their home field on April 15, 2010, before a capacity crowd of 9560.

I would say Richmond is happy to have baseball back in the River City! We shot over 3500 images for this video.

Richmond’s season attendance total at 463,842 for an average of 6,626 fans per game. Both of those totals were tops in the Eastern League as the Squirrels wrapped up a highly successful inaugural season in Richmond, VA.
